Garlic and Rosemary Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- pork tenderloin (size doesn't matter;)
- 1 garlic bulb
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Steps
- Place pork tenderloing in a roasting pan, fat side up.
- Mince garlic.
- Mix garlic, rosemary, salt, and olive oil.
- Rub mixture all over the pork.
- Let the pork marinate for at least an hour.
- Heat over to 350F.
- Roast for ~20minutes per pound, with meat thermometer, internal temp should be 155F
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes
