Garlic and Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

  1. Place pork tenderloing in a roasting pan, fat side up.
  2. Mince garlic.
  3. Mix garlic, rosemary, salt, and olive oil.
  4. Rub mixture all over the pork.
  5. Let the pork marinate for at least an hour.
  6. Heat over to 350F.
  7. Roast for ~20minutes per pound, with meat thermometer, internal temp should be 155F
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes
