  1. In large skillet, saute onion in oil over medium heat until soft.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms give of their liquid and are lightly browned.
  3. Add ground sirloin/round, break up meat, cook until it loses its pink.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and flour.
  5. Once stirred in, add broth, bring to a simmer.
  6. Simmer uncovered until thickened to liking.
  7. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream.
  8. Return to heat for ~30 seconds to warm sour cream.
  9. Take off heat, sprinkle in dill/parsley and serve(typically over noodles).
