Sausage Rigatoni
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of sausage
- 1 pound rigatoni
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 large red pepper chopped
- 1 large yellow pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 jar (~26 oz) pasta sauce
Steps
- Cook sausage in preffered manner, then cut in 1/4 in. slices.
- Boil water and cook the rigatoni according to package.
- In large skillet over medium heat, cook garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
- Add peppers and onions to skillet, cook and stir until tender.
- Add sausage to skillet, stir in pasta sauce and heat through.
- Add pasta, toss to combine, sprinkle in parsley.
