Sausage Rigatoni

Steps

  1. Cook sausage in preffered manner, then cut in 1/4 in. slices.
  2. Boil water and cook the rigatoni according to package.
  3. In large skillet over medium heat, cook garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Add peppers and onions to skillet, cook and stir until tender.
  5. Add sausage to skillet, stir in pasta sauce and heat through.
  6. Add pasta, toss to combine, sprinkle in parsley.
